Description

Morel mushrooms are the rare treasures of wild mushrooms found in woodlands situated at least 2000m above sea level. They make a delicious and healthful addition to any recipes.

Rinse the dried wild mushrooms thoroughly and soak them in water for 15 to 30 minutes. Drain them, filter the residues and keep the water for cooking purposes.
